Roles and responsibilities JobDescription : The Role: Director, Data Quality The Location: HyderabadThe Team: The team is responsible for driving data quality through independently sampling or measuring data quality and then collaborating up with Data Operations team to address improvement opportunities identified through independent sampling efforts.The Impact: This role directly contributes to the core of our value proposition. Opportunity to travel across India Responsibilities: Providing operational leadership to a team of 130 people. Managing day- to- day operations of the sampling team. Responsible for making sure that we are effectively and idependelty sampling the data so the business has confidence on it. Role model the excellent relationship with Data Operations teams, vertical within data quality team, Domain leads and product management team.What We re Looking For: Basic Qualifications: 12 years of work experience and 5 years of experience in Quality, operations & people management. MBA or Master Degree in Business field. Ability to work across functional areas and across locations. Strong persuasive skills. Strong record of accomplishment of people development Strong communication and collaboration skills Strong problem solving skills. Preferred Qualifications: Relevant experience from the industry would be preferred. Statistics background would also be preferred.
