We offer a great office space and location in the heart of Reston Virginia.Department:Product ManagementResponsibilities:Become intimately familiar with Altruista Health products GuidingCare and associated productsDevelop a deep understanding of the preventive healthcare domain, specifically US- based MedicAid and MediCareLead Agile Scrum and Kanban teams to develop and release Product Innovation features, Customer Success projects and Business Enablement tasks / activities.Engage hands- on with a team of scrum masters, project managers, R&D team and Release Management teamParticipate in product grooming session and design & architecture workshops and advise best approach to develop and release product version(s)Work closely with Customer Success project managers / program managers, Clinical Services team and Infrastructure team to plan and deliver product releasesParticipate in customer project meetings as a product delivery expert and forge relationships with AH project managers & program managers as well as customer project stakeholdersReview customer asks, plan and coordinate delivery activitiesPlan every quarterly release as a program and manage it as a program to successful outcomesAnalyze and troubleshoot delivery issues in a timely manner. Resolve product version issues in a timely fashion working with Engineering and Product Owner.Maintain and publish program / project status reports and initiate discussions with business stakeholders including customers or project managers to present the project/ program statusAlign and advise product management and engineering on product roadmap and engineering best practices respectively to deliver high value to customersOversee daily activities of Scrum / Kanban teams and provide direction and guidance neededTrack workload assignment to different teams and suitably re- distribute work or team members for fair distribution of workCoach team members. Provide periodic performance feedback. Evaluate the performance of team members.Contribute to process improvements to achieve cost effectiveness, reduced time for delivery and improved predictabilitySpecific Skills:Bachelor s degree or Master s degree in Computer Science or equivalentAt least 17 years of software experience, of which at least 7- 10 years in managing product delivery or support enterprise solution implementationsAt least 3- 5 years of product development experience, preferably in Healthcare domainExposure to Agile Product Development and Program Management; optionally in Lean practice, Kanban and SAFe exposureAbility to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with management, reporting managers, project managers and clientsPreferable working knowledge of Atlassian software tools (Jira, Confluence, Service Desk) and Microsoft Office tools including MS Project and MS VisioPreferably knowledgeable in C++, C#, .NET, MVC, Microsoft Windows, Microsoft SQL Server, SAAS application development, MicroServices, Team City, REST, MongoDB, JavaScript, JSON, XML and HTML5Preferable exposure UI/ UX methodologies, Information Architecture and Machine LearningAbility to travel 5% if neededPersonal skills:Must be a great team player, motivator and set himself/ herself as a leaderFast learner with inclination towards technology and healthcareAbility to deliver in a high- pressure entrepreneurial environment with demanding clients and project managersAbility to deliver results on aggressive timelines, on short notice but with high qualityAbility to work independently without much supervision or micromanagement,
