Job Description

    Director, Product Management - IT SAAS CompanyWhat will you do every day - Define and own the core products strategic vision and own the long-term roadmap to ensure Client is a leader in the market- Build and drive product teams to execute on the roadmap in a scalable manner- Responsible for the end-to-end experience of Clients suite of products by overseeing the products requirements, design, messaging, pricing, reliability, and customer engagement.- Deeply understand your customer, their needs, the business landscape and product functionality- Drive strategic communications internally and externally to help align all stakeholders- Own the business metrics and map them to product OKRs- Work closely with leadership to understand the market landscape and prioritize problems to reach the business outcomes- Work closely with technical teams to ensure the end product reaches the intended outcomes- Hire and build a world class team of product and design managers to drive innovationRequirements :- 10+ years of experience in product management in Software as a Service (SaaS) products- Deep understanding of how to manage and build technical products- Entrepreneurial spirit with track record for delivering results in fast-moving environments- History of developing business strategy in conjunction with senior leadership - Experienced in overseeing roadmap strategy and alignment of stakeholders- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Proven record of building, managing and sustaining end to end products- Superior analytical and problem-solving skills- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product- Must already be in a Director, Product Management or an equivalent role.- Requirements is such a strong word.
