Job Description

    Director - Sales - US Market | Fintech SaaS Product - Plan, implement and execute sales strategies and provide leadership to sales team- Target Midmarket enterprises- Build a high-performance team- Manage all steps in sales pipeline including lead generation, qualification, demos, proposals, securing required contract paperwork, customer negotiations and deal closure with a well laid out process.- Work with Product teams to ensure marketability and saleability.- Understand and advocate for the sales teams needs and issues- Research and identify customer prospects and targets in various countries- Actively discover, acquire, and engage with strategic partners/ consultants/ resellers to drive channel of demand creation and client acquisition across multiple geographies- Target driven and process driven salesLiaise with cross functional teams to attain business objectives- Must be goal oriented and thrive in high ownership environment. Experience Required : - 8-10+yrs of experience in Sales and minimum 3yrs in US market. Mandatory Skillset : - Must be strategic, tactical, driven, and analytical.- Must have experience in working with global partners and customers. USA/ EU work experience would be preferred.- Should be focused on success of the team and business.- Must be able to build healthy sales pipeline for various solutions.- Should be able to do multi-tasking.- Should be ready to roll up sleeves.,
