You will be required to build partnership with leaders across functions (including Application Development, Architecture, Risk & Control and Production Management) in improving design, visibility, availability, scalability and performance of our end to end product flows & the underlying applications. You ll be responsible for driving efficiency through automation of manual processes, deep dive into incidents and facilitate blameless post mortems. You will drive a measure everything approach through standardized telemetry in order to drive improved alerting, decision making, analysis, error budgeting, and various optimizations. You will bring an understanding of the importance of end-to-end software development methodologies such as AgileThis role requires you to build a deep knowledge of the business you support, understand the end to end customer journeys, BoW being executed to roll out new features to production. It also requires you to have a thorough understanding of the controls in place in the firm that we need to adhere to meet internal/external audit requirements.
