Qualifications Minimum qualifications:

  • MBA degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 12 years of experience in sales delivery or client management.
  • 6 years of experience leading teams.
  • Experience in the Display, Video, or Apps space.
Preferred qualifications:
  • Track record of thought leadership applying data driven insights to have a tangible impact on business performance.
  • Excellent organizational, project management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to synthesize data into useful formats and bring actionable insights through effective communication.

The gPS MediaOps team partners with Large Customer Sales (LCS) to provide product and data driven experience to empower our largest and most sophisticated customers to meet their advertising goals. In this role you will provide expertise and a unique perspective to our most sophisticated advertisers in the United Kingdom and Ireland (UKI) market and across strategically important areas such as Display, Video, and Apps (DVA). As a lead, you will contribute experience as a people manager and will manage a team of experts in the DVA space to help them deliver. You will also partner with Sales, on performance marketing goals and work with a diverse set of Sales leaders and teams to shape and evolve Google UK s DVA strategy into a key growth channel for the business.   • Be the strategic lead and voice of Display, Video, and Apps from a Specialist standpoint.
  • Contribute and manage the strategy development and execution for your team, including areas such as stakeholder management, talent recruitment, on-boarding, continuous upskilling and automation, operational efficiency and effectiveness, and customer service.
  • Identify emerging opportunities to partner with our advertisers. Build consensus with different stakeholders and teams.
  • Work closely with Sales leaders, Product, and Go-to-market teams to help define and deliver on key goals for Google and our customers.
  • Be a hands on coach for your team who is able to display expansive and reductive thinking seamlessly. Invest in your teams professional and personal development.
