    Job Summary:We are looking for a skilled Domestic IT Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience sourcing and recruiting IT professionals within the domestic market. You will be responsible for identifying top talent, conducting interviews, and managing the hiring process from sourcing to onboarding.Key Responsibilities:
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and technical skills needed for various IT roles.
    • Source potential candidates through job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and other recruiting tools.
    • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
    • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and technical leads.
    • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified IT candidates for future roles.
    • Negotiate offers, including salary and benefits, to finalize hiring decisions.
    • Ensure timely communication with both candidates and hiring teams throughout the recruitment process.
    • Stay updated on market trends, salary benchmarks, and the evolving IT landscape.
    • Manage recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire and candidate satisfaction to improve the recruitment process.
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, IT, or a related field.
    • Proven experience as a Domestic IT Recruiter or in a similar role.
    • Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies (e.g., developers, system admins, network engineers, etc.).
    • Familiarity with various sourcing tools and job portals.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple open positions and candidates simultaneously.
