Job Description

    We are seeking a skilled Draughtsman with experience in (Electrical, Mechanical, or Plumbing or Civil)systems for construction or facilities management projects. The ideal candidate will be proficient in CAD software and possess a keen eye for detail. This role involves collaborating with engineers and architects to produce detailed technical drawings and schematics for construction or maintenance projects.Responsibilities:
    • Produce accurate and detailed technical drawings, plans, and schematics for electrical, mechanical, or plumbing systems.
    • Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and specifications.
    • Interpret sketches, specifications, and other technical documents to create comprehensive drawings.
    • Ensure drawings comply with industry standards, regulations, and project requirements.
    • Revise and update drawings as necessary to reflect design changes or modifications.
    • Assist in the preparation of material lists, cost estimates, and project documentation.
    • Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to resolve design issues and ensure smooth project execution.
    • Conduct site visits and surveys as needed to gather relevant information for drawing production.
    • Stay updated on advances in CAD software and industry trends to improve drawing efficiency and quality.
    Requirements:
    • Bachelors degree or equivalent in Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred.
    • Proven experience as a Draughtsman in the construction or facilities management industry.
    • Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.) and other relevant software tools.
    • Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, or plumbing systems and their components.
    • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in drawing production.
    • Ability to interpret technical documents, specifications, and blueprints.
    • Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
    • Prior experience in facilities management or construction project coordination is a plus.
