Job Description

    Key Responsibilities:oBuild, maintain, and enhance Drupal websites, includingcustom modules, themes, andcustomREST APIs.oImplement and configure core and contributed modules.oDevelop custom solutions for complex project requirements.oCreate and manage content types, fields, views, and taxonomies.oConfigure and troubleshoot contributed modules for functionality.oApply security updates and patches to Drupal core and contributed modules.oDesign, develop and maintainSSOintegrations usingOAuth, OpenID Connect, and other authentication standards.oIntegrate third-party systems using REST, SOAP, or GraphQL APIs.oPerform code reviews, unit testing, and debugging.oDeploy applications in development, staging, and production environments.oWrite and maintain technical documentation for the project.oProvide post-launch support and troubleshooting for Drupal projects.Technical Skills:o8 years of experience in Drupal development, preferably withDrupal 10 and 9.oHands-on experience in writing advanced PHP. Highly preferredObject Oriented Programming.oExperience inheadless Drupaland decoupled architectures.oStrong understanding of Drupal architecture,Drupal hooks, Entity API,and caching mechanisms.oExperience withcustom modulesand theme development.oExperience withOAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML, JWT, and integrating with Identity providers likeOkta, Azure AD.oAdvanced knowledge of content types, views, taxonomy, and configuration management.oEnsure adherence to Drupal coding standards and best practices.oHands-on experience withCDN, caching strategies (e.g., Memcached, Redis), anddatabase optimizationoProficiency inPHP, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and MySQL.oExperience with Git, Docker, CI/CD pipelines.oFamiliarity with Symphony and Twig templating.Good to have:oKnowledge of Node.js, Express.js or similar frameworks.oExperience with AWS, Docker, or Kubernetes.oFamiliarity with microservices architecture.oUnderstanding of security best practices (e.g., OWASP, JWT).Soft Skills:oExcellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.oStrong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude toward challenges.oAbility to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
