We are looking for an experienced Dy. CEO to manage day-to-day operations of our Airline. The right candidate must be ready to build and model a great Airline culture, provide inspired leadership to our executive leadership team. Must be able to draw short term and long terms operational plan & business objectives with defined achievable areas. To be involved in any aircraft negotiation/deals with lessor or associate on issues incl. lease, association & agreements. To introduce & implement in Trujet best cost efficient options related to any field or areas. Introduce initiatives to improve work culture and team building objectives. Establish a professional working relationship with the people and set a course for company strategy. Set up & implementation of policy and procedure framework. Evaluate and recommend scope of improvements in all areas wherever required with clear deliverable. Provide Functional Heads and teams updates esp on business changing scenario, market intelligence, airline updates, sustainability tools and scope of improvement. To create an environment that promotes great performance and positive morale within the Airline. Oversee the companys fiscal activity, including budgeting, reporting and auditing. Ensure all legal and regulatory/statutory compliance are met proactively and monitor compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Cascade policy and new strategy to employees and recommend appropriate business solutions. To be involved actively in various initiatives including developmental program, soft skills tools, work-life-balance. Attend, organize and participate in any meetings as per business requirement including representing airline on any platform including Govt bodies, statutory or civil aviation authorities, other airlines or representatives, business associates.Required Candidate profileIdeally an Engineering Graduate in Aeronautical with MBA from any premier Institute. Around 15-17 years or more hands-on Airline experience from any scheduled airline in India or abroad. Working experience of around 8-10 years in any Airline in similar or equivalent senior position. Knowledge of profit and loss, balance sheet and cash flow management and general finance and budgeting. Fully conversant in Hindi/English languages, local Telugu language will be an advantage. Strong written, verbal, analytical and presentation skills. Able to effectively interact with a wide range of individuals including senior leaderships/employees, associates, business contacts and various external officials. ,
