Tech. / B.E. - Electrical , Electronics / Telecommunication , Instrumentation Job Description Should have hands - on experience on PLC , HMI , SCADA , VFD , Servo and Motion Products for application development. Should have exposure to FA products based solutions for MES , IoT , Industrie 4.0 requirements. He should have worked closely with OEM and have experience in execution of OEM development project. Should be capable of handling OEM complex application and execute it independently. Should be able to understand OEM requirement and prepare BOM and scheme independently. Should understand OEM requirement and prepare BOM and scheme independently. He should be able to support channel partner engineers at different applications and also support to different end users including automotive , pharma and solar end customers during break down and maintenance shutdown. Should support for application development to key customers based on customer feedback and suggestions. Should support sales team for development of new customers by using new special features of products. Should focus on continual improvement of FA solutions to customers by fixing major / critical problems or issues. He should continually share important features of FA products to customer & channel partners. He should be able to provide post - sales support to different end users including automotive , direct customers & channel customers. He should do regular visits to customers and also support sales team & channel partners for development of customers. He should be able to create and share Reference Application Document and various start up documents generated from Test Setups which should be ready reference for applications and improvement for support to customers. Should provide strong technical support to customers for their retention and business growth. Should be able to manage continuous skill improvement of internal team members & channel partners. Complete Knowledge of FA products business which helps for solving customer complaints and business growth. Ability to use sound judgement in decision making. Strong consulting and needs assessment skills. Strong written , communication and presentation skills.,
