Day ( 9 AM 6 PM / Night 8 PM 4 AM )Responsible for all e-commerce activities. An E-commerce Executive who can handle online sales on the various platform. He / She must be able to also Handle Order fulfilment for e-commerce operations. Follow-up with Vendors/ Logistics partners.Job Roles: Know about client requirements Assist the clients to complete the KYC formalities Managing Orders for all e-commerce platforms and ensuring all orders are prepared in time Managing relationship with vendors/partners and handling problem resolution. Attending all the complaints. Entire Process of Sales order Management Backend Operations. Following up on all platforms (Amazon, Flipkart etc) in case of any issues Maintaining up to date sales records interact with potential clients and leads to explain our products and services Note: Night shift employees interact with international clients Who can apply: Graduate and postgraduate completed candidates with excellent communication skills and knowledge of e-commerce services & customer handling. Candidates with the good academic background. Good communication skills in Telugu, English and Hindi.,
