Description Job Summary: E2open is hiring talented Middleware professionals to join a growing global operations team. As a Data Center Operations team member, you will be joining a collaborative team responsible for delivery and support of mission critical infrastructure used by major global brands. Duties & Responsibilities: Manage proprietary SaaS applications and related integration points and products. Administration for IBM MQ, Apache, Tomcat, Weblogic and IIS. Design, develop, implement, and maintain scripts for package deployment, monitors, health checks, and configuration. Ensure monitoring tools (IT360, IR360, proprietary) are properly configured and related standard operating procedures for normal operation, exception handling, and escalation are current and distributed to stakeholders. Provide technical support and issue management, determination, and resolution for application configuration and function and supporting middleware components. Maintain application and supporting middleware configuration documentation. Continuous evaluation of application health and performance optimization. Provide, administer and maintain secure environments for development and testing. Conduct appropriate change, performance and capacity management. Disaster recovery design, implementation and testing. Prior Experience: 4 to 6 years EAI/ Middleware experience; MQ, Apache, Tomcat, Weblogic and IIS. 4 to 6 years Java, J2EE experience 4 to 6 years UNIX (AIX a plus) , including shell scripting, Perl or other scripting language. 3 years experience in design and implementation of application and systems monitoring. Strong familiarity with RDBMS concepts including SQL and adhoc report generation. Familiar with asynchronous, de-coupled messaging architectural patterns. Familiar with AWS a plus; ALB, ELB, EC2, ECS, CLI, Cloudwatch. Skills & Qualities: Proficient with IBM MQ, Apache, Tomcat, Weblogic and IIS. Proficient with scripting; shell, Perl, or other. Proficient with UNIX. Experience with Manage Engine IT360 or similar monitoring tool (i. e. , Zabbix) . Experience with Datadog and/ or Sumologic. Experience and understanding of change and patch management. Demonstrable motivation and initiative in working with a global operations team. Demonstrable problem-solving skills with excellent written and oral communication skill. Education & Professional Qualifications: S. Computer Science/ Engineering or equivalent computer-related education. Special Work Hours Requirement: Participate in incident handling and off-hours/ weekend maintenance activities, as necessary.
