ECM Solution Delivery manager - Documentum management Job Description Role Purpose: Define and implement document/ content man- agement roadmap, including required resources and investment plan Manage the planning, design and building of IT solutions in the document/ content management domain. Manage the scheduling and deployment of such IT solutions across multiple countries/ functions. Major Accountabilities: - Organize solution design, development and deployment efforts for projects by compiling the required resources and assigning responsibilities according to a defined time schedule - Ensure that detailed designs match high level designs and are traceable to requirements in functional specification - Ensure designs produced adhere to architectural roadmap and support the development, execution and operations of solutions - Ensure that solutions meet requirements outlined in the design documentation - Ensure the overall user experience is taken into account when designing and deploying new solutions and services - Ensure that developed solutions are peer reviewed, formally documented and signed off by business - Ensure that all work is delivered to agreed time, cost and quality constraints - Initiate solution testing to ensure they meet quality standards - Establish standardized design and development processes to enable cost effective delivery - Authorize and conduct service handover and lead the go- live authorization discussions with the other work streams - Ensure that all release and deployment packages can be tracked, installed, tested, verified and backed out (if required) - Ensure that release delivers the expected outcomes and value for the customers - Take accountability to ensure adherence with Security and Compliance policies and procedures within Solution Delivery scope Minimum requirements Bachelor degree in engineering (BE/ BTech) or MCA in computer science or related area. Fluency in English (oral and written) A minimum of 10 - 12 years of experience in over- seeing design, development and delivery of solu- tions in the document/ content management do- main at enterprise scale Very strong business consulting expertise with ability to interact with business end users and stakeholders at all levels Strong experience with regulated industries, pref- erably life sciences Very strong working knowledge of solutions valida- tion approach and relevant principles and stand- ards, including ALCOA and FDA 21 CFR Part 11 concepts Ability to interact and interface with IT and Busi- ness stakeholders and lead solution design events Experience in managing distributed and mixed internal/ external partner teams Division NBS Business Unit IT NBS Country India Work Location Hyderabad, AP Company/ Legal Entity Nov Hltcr Shared Services Ind Functional Area Information Technology Job Type Full Time Employment Type Regular,
