Description Job Summary: E2open is hiring a talented EDI Systems professional to join a growing global operations team. As a Data Center Operations team member, you will be joining a collaborative team responsible for delivery and support of mission critical EDI infrastructure used by major global brands. Duties & Responsibilities: Hands-on management of IBM Sterling B2B, Axway B2Bi, IBM Connect Direct for Windows (on AWS) . Coordination and integration with Microsoft Biztalk. Continuous evaluation of system health and performance optimization. Design, configure/ develop and maintain messaging communication and processing flows. Provide, administer and maintain secure environments for development and testing. Maintain system, interface, and configuration documentation. Provide issue management, resolution and technical support; systems, flow and translation issue determination, troubleshooting, and customer interaction as necessary Conduct appropriate change, performance and capacity management. Respond to EDI and communication (AS2/ FTP/ SFTP/ ebXML/ OFTP2/ Web Service) subsystem monitoring alerts. Disaster recovery design, implementation and testing. Prior Experience: 3+ years hands-on experience with administering IBM Sterling B2Bi. Minimum 1 year experience with administering Axway B2Bi. 3+ years UNIX (AIX a plus) , including shell scripting and Python, Perl. Java and/ or C a plus. 3+ years RDBMS concepts including SQL and adhoc report generation. 3+ years XML, DTD, XPATH and other XML entities. 3+ years EDI (EDIFACT, X12) . Skills & Qualities: Proficient with IBM Sterling B2Bi, UNIX, and RDBMS/ SQL. Working knowledge of Axway B2Bi. Working knowledge of EDI (EDIFACT, X12, Flat File, XML) . Familiarity with IBM MQ Series or other message queuing technologies is a plus. Familiarity with Gentran for Unix 6. 0 is a plus. Experience and understanding of change and patch management. Demonstrable motivation and initiative in working with a global operations team. Demonstrable problem-solving skills with excellent written and oral communication skill. Education & Professional Qualifications: S. Computer Science/ Engineering or equivalent computer-related education. Special Work Hours Requirement: Participate in incident handling and off-hours/ weekend maintenance activities, as necessary.
