  • CTC : Up to 10L+ (Fixed Salary + Retention Bonus + Incentives)
  • Notice Period : Negotiable Notice Periods

Job Description ofBDM/BDE
  • Advise student/ parents for their learning needs through structured Counselling Sessions
  • Fix appointments and conduct home demo sessions on daily basis including follow up sessions
  • Understand Customer profile & problems to explain implication of ineffective learning methods
  • Create the need for Smart Learning and advise student-parent to buy Our Subscription as solution
  • Handle Objections and Price Negotiation to generate Sales Revenue
Skill set required:
  • Experienced or Freshers proficient in speaking English and Telugu (Any other regional language will be added advantage).
  • Education qualification : Any graduation
  • Male/Female preferred : No preference.
  • Work location : Hyderabad
