Position : Head of Inside Sales Location : RemoteReporting to : Chief Business Officer & Co-founder About the Role : We are looking for a Head of Inside Sales to join our team to enhance the mission by overseeing demand generation activities to fuel up the new customer acquisition and support sales for developing new business. This role will strategically revolve around lead generation activities using data and analytics to measure performance, increase qualified inbound sales leads and build an SQL funnel for the sales team. The critical part of this role will be to train and lead a large Inside Sales team. Responsibilities : - Achieve the KPIs and objectives for the BU by driving various inside sales/ABM teams to work towards delivering results- Develop high performing talent by building and executing training playbooks- Develop and execute on a data-driven end-to-end Inside sales/ABM plan with a strong focus on inbound and Outbound techniques to achieve Sales qualified Leads target- Manage and groom teams for a high-performance culture and be a champion of ekincares core values- Ensure the quality of leads (quality over quantity)- Understand the B2B and Technology space and customer behavior of different segments- Liaise with the sales team and work closely with them to get feedback for improvement based on a data-centric approach MUST Skills : - Minimum 5 years of Inside sales experience in a hypergrowth Enterprise SaaS startup- Must have managed at least 5 SDRs for inbound/outbound demand generations- Excellent communication skills- Must have team management experience for at least 2 years- Result-oriented approach- Hands on experience of using HubSpot CRM and other Inside sales tools- Has proven the ability to scale in previous roles- Strong pedigree from a Tier 1 college Key success metrics for this role : 1. Number of ISQLs generated2. Conversion of ISQLs to SQLs3. Cost of lead NOTE : Not looking for a Check in the box marketer but a hands-on and strong Result/Output oriented Data-centric salesperson who understands the Metrics that matter. Ideal Candidate : - Have managed, mentored a high performing team, and have had experience in growing the team- Have worked in a hyper-growth SaaS startup in Enterprise in Inside sales managerial role- Should not deter from folding the sleeves and getting the job done- Willingness to take ownership, a strong numbers person, and highly ambitious- Who is more focused on growing personal wealth by driving outcomes than just the fixed salary,
