Job Description

The person in this position would be a Front- End Developer with experience creating email templates and maintaining marketing automation content, including landing pages and forms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for implementing visual elements that users see and interact with in email marketing or SMS.
  • Build reusable code and libraries for future use.
  • Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs in marketing automation platforms.
  • Optimize email for maximum deliverability and effective rendering in multiple email interfaces.
  • Support CMS and UI/UX practice developers in complex projects with content integrations.
  • Assure that all user input is validated before submitting to back- end.
  • Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders.
  • Basic experience with marketing automation email sending and CMS/SMS integrations a plus.

3- 5 years

Mandatory Skills

  • Marketing automation: Must have experience in front- end development for email.
  • Proficient understanding of web markup, including HTML5, CSS3
  • Experience with 1 or more of the following marketing automation/ email platforms: Marketo, Eloqua, Pardot, Adobe Campaign, Salesforce Marketing Cloud (we will train in alternate platforms as needed)
  • Proficient understanding of client- side scripting and JavaScript frameworks, including jQuery.
  • General understanding of SEO principles for landing pages and ensuring that application will adhere to them.
