We are hiring new talents to establish in Hyderabad a main center for Managed NAND products in mass production phase, covering both validation and product management tasks. Successful candidates will join a dedicated training session in Italy to ensure proper alignment and faster exchange of knowledge.
As eMMC Technical Program Manager you will be part of a dynamic team responsible for leading eMMC products beyond Qualification, by coordinating efforts of a multi- functional team which includes departments internal to MN (FW development and Validation), SQRA, NAND PE, BU Product Marketing, as well as external FW suppliers, to manage product evolution after QR milestone and ensure readiness versus committed deadlines.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Manage without delay any field issues
To enforce links which ensure a real- time reaction against any field issue, design- in and/or RMA Coordinate technical partners in getting to a solid assessment about the field case Develop a draft action plan, have it approved into dedicated meetings with BUs and SQRA (S- PDT) If a new FW revision, build the MN detailed/committed validation plan, share it with BU, control it and report about in dedicated meetings/forums till completion At completion, coordinate the preparation of all the Material needed to held a BRB, and support it on behalf of MN
Guarantee that a status- of- the- art FW release is ready for any new customer/campaign
Continuously working behind an up- to- date version of the FW in production, collecting any input which could have arrived from internally (i.e. not from field) Develop a plan for such a maintenance release, review it with BUs and SQRA, and define with them an introduction plan Report about into dedicated meetings/forums
Tools and collaterals
Full understanding of the criteria which are used to move a product from the Development phase to the Sustaining phase Develop a familiarity with people/key tools/documentation systems used in the development of an eMMC product Full familiarity with the documentation of those products already in MP Be the counterpart of Development team for new products entering the MP phase Support the Sustaining Manager of MN by providing inputs needed to build key metrics, as monitored at company level (FPQCS, GDMS, )
Minimum Qualifications:
Masters Degree in Electronics, Physics, Computer engineering, Management engineering Ability to travel
Preferred Skills:
Phd in Electronics, Physics, Computer engineering Minimum of 5 years experience in any of the following:
Engineering and/or Program Management of Managed Nand products Engineering and/or Program Management of Systems which make use of MN products
