Job Description

  • Design & Develop motor/Heater control PCBA for table-top laboratory equipment
  • Engage with global cross-functional teams to analyse and resolve field failures & component obsolescence issues on product
  • Independently handles design development and develop solutions
  • Qualify alternate component based on design requirements or design analysis
  • Develop Design Risk assessment and verification plan to evaluate the change
  • Report project progress and technical evaluations time to time and drive projects to completion
Education & Knowledge:
  • Bachelor s degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering
  • Knowledge on PCBA Hardware design & development
Experience:
  • 8+ year work experience on electrical control & Circuits
  • Design & Develop temperature monitoring & motor/Heater control PCBAs
  • Hands on experience in using Spectrum analyser and other lab tools independently for RCA
  • Hands-on experience in hardware design and development experience in power circuits
Competencies and other requirements:
  • Think and act with a customer-centric mindset to deliver excep tional customer experiences
  • Take personal accountability for all you do and always exercise good judgement
  • Be intellectually curious and embrace process Improvement culture
  • Power Electronics & Familiarity with Fly-back transformer-based power supply design
