Responsibility: Responsible for market research, identifying trends in the HCM domain Understanding competitive landscape and potential threats Identify new business opportunities, investment areas and risk mitigation plans Collaborate with business strategy group and develop/contribute to product strategy Develop and own product roadmaps which are aligned to product strategy Define value proposition metrics for the product initiatives and track them to measure the success Work with multiple stakeholders (business, engineering, vendor partners) to align the priorities and significantly contribute to release planning Responsible for business readiness and running client & field councils Responsible for acquiring, building and grooming talent to build successful product teams within the group and also contribute to the organizational needs Responsible to define/refine product processes and practices to drive agility Accountable for the quality of the deliverables from the team. Effective reviews of user stories, UX designs are part and parcel of the job Create and maintain innovation backlog to drive product innovation and contribute to intellectual property Engage clients through product demos, user group meetings, hands-on labs and other touch-points Support service and implementation teams in handling client escalations and clients at risk Contribute to sales enablement by partnering with sales teams in the deal process Collaborate with product marketing in positioning the product Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in engineering with MBA 7+ years of experience in a market-facing software and enterprise solutions product management role with an overall experience of 12+ years Proven track record of getting things done, managing multiple tasks including communication with internal and external teams while consistently delivering on schedule with high quality Experience in developing, delivering and executing on a strong product vision and roadmap Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills, with ability to work successfully with diverse range of people and job functions Independently driven, resourceful, and able to deliver results with minimal direction ,
