Successful candidates for this position will have:- Experience in semiconductor microelectronic/optoelectronic process development, process integration, and manufacturing.- Experience with CMOS fabrication and process integration.- Excellent knowledge of semiconductor device physics. Good optics knowledge and skill is a plus.- Experience with Design of Experiments (D.O.E.) and associated analysis.- Good knowledge of CMOS process flows, design rules, and layout design.- Preferred experience in CMOS/CCD imager pixel design, pixel development, and pixel characterization/simulation. Global Shutter pixel experience is a plus.- A high level of motivation and innovation.- The ability to aggressively execute complex process experiments and focus on solving problems individually or as part of a team.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- The ability to effectively accomplish tasks in a timely manner.- Experience with the evaluation of process-related data such as probe, parametric, test, cross-sections, layout, material analysis, and data analysis (using software such as JMP and Excel)., Preferred Qualifications:- Master s degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering or related fields- Good knowledge of optics a plus- Knowledge in optoelectronic device design, simulation, and process integration- Experience in CMOS/CCD imager pixel design, pixel development a plus- Courses in statistics, circuit design and device characterization are a plus- Knowledge of TCAD simulation tools like Silvaco or Sentaurus
