Job Description

    Mandatory Skills 17 years of overall experience in Software Engineering.Solid Enterprise Software Development background.Hands-on experience in AI-driven software engineering and test automation.Experience implementing AI/Automation solutions using Playwright and/or Cypress.Proven experience delivering AI and Automation projects in an enterprise setting.Engineering Manager experience with a minimum of 5 years in people management.Must have managed 1012 or more direct FTEs (mandatory).Experience managing cross-functional software engineering teams.Solid understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and Software Quality Engineering.Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and team-building skills.Mandatory Screening Questions How many years of overall IT experience do you have How many years of experience do you have as an Engineering Manager Have you worked in an Enterprise organization If yes, provide details.How many AI projects have you completed Describe the AI solutions you have developed or implemented.Have you implemented AI-driven automation using Playwright and/or Cypress Please explain.How many direct reportees (FTEs) have you managed What was the largest team you have managed Have you managed enterprise software engineering teams across multiple functions Are you comfortable working from the office as per business requirements .
