With a passion to utilise the information of the dynamic world for greater advantage, IPSS partners with clients to create a transparent, value- based relationship for total customer satisfaction.Our Project Portfolio encompasses Environmental Quality Management, Mobile Systems, Precision Agriculture, Graphic Design, Software Development, R&D Services.If you would like to be part of our transformation, IPSS is looking forward to having you in our collaborative project team which promotes innovation, personal growth, with an emphasis on accountability and a people centric approach.If you are ready for an opportunity to make an impact, earn a competitive compensation combined with a comprehensive benefits on par with industry standards (Sick, Casual Leaves) while still having a work-life balance.Reporting to Manager and Management Representative, the Environmental Specialist will be responsible for preparation and carrying out of baseline environmental studies. &The successful candidate will have an&Experience in preparing, analyzing and reporting on environmental studies.&KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES&As an Environmental Specialist at IPSS, you will be responsible for&Carrying out baseline environmental studies.&Preparation of baseline environmental studies report.&Preparation of Application Form-1 & 1A.&Preparation Environmental Impact Assessment & Environmental Management Plan Report.&Preparation of TOR/Environmental Clearance/Forest Clearance/Public hearing presentations.&Preparation of CTE/CTO Applications.&Preparation of compliance reports.&Ensuring quality assurance in the delivery of projects for Management and clients.&Responsible for managing all financial aspects of projects assigned from purchasing of goods and services, formulating fee proposals, tracking budgets and dealing with difficult issues as they arise such as resource problem.&Assessing ways of improving project management Practises in the Organisation.&Responsible for Field Investigation and Site visits for primary baseline data collection for EIA reports.&Preparation of techno commercial proposals.&Preparation of tender documents.&Responsible for coordinating the Client meetings to understand the requirements of the environmental monitoring, testing and environmental studies as per MOEF.&Any other task assigned by the Reporting Person.&QUALIFICATIONS&Education and Experience:&Master s Degree in Environmental Sciences or Bachelors Degree in Engineering (Environmental or Civil).&2-3 years worth of experience working in a related role.&Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:&Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word etc.)&Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.,
