Job Description

    Seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Estimation Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate and timely estimates for projects, analyzing costs, and collaborating with various departments to ensure successful project delivery.Key Responsibilities:Prepare detailed cost estimates for projects based on specifications, drawings, and other documents.Analyze and interpret technical documents and drawings to assess project requirements.Collaborate with sales managers, supply team, and other stakeholders to gather relevant information for accurate estimations.Conduct market research to identify pricing trends and cost-effective solutions. Maintain and update databases of historical costs for future reference.Assist in the preparation of bid proposals and presentations for clients. Identify potential risks and opportunities within project estimates.Review and verify vendor quotes to ensure competitiveness and accuracy. Support the project management team during the project execution phase to monitor budget adherence.Prepare regular reports on estimation activities and outcomes
