Job Description

    • Key Responsibilities:
      • Sponsorship & Strategy Alignment:
        • Collaborate with sponsors to define objectives and develop tailored strategies for successful event integration.
        • Conduct regular meetings with internal sales teams and stakeholders (Digital, Advertising, etc.) to align on sponsorship opportunities and holistic event solutions.
      • Attendee Engagement & Acquisition:
        • Partner with the event programming team to drive executive delegate acquisition and engagement.
        • Actively reach out to potential attendees to promote event participation and ensure a strong attendee presence.
      • Event Sales & CRM Management:
        • Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM systems to track leads, sponsorships, and attendee data.
        • Work independently and collaboratively to meet sales and event participation goals.
      • Technical & On-Site Event Support:
        • Oversee audiovisual (AV) and IT setup, testing, and operations to ensure a smooth event experience.
        • Provide guidance during rehearsals and live events, troubleshooting any technical issues that arise.
        • Manage AV and IT equipment, including analog way and FSR / Folsom production video switchers, matrixes, converters, recording, and playback systems.
      • Post-Event Follow-Up & Reporting:
        • Conduct follow-ups with sponsors, attendees, and internal teams to assess event success and gather feedback.
        • Provide insights and recommendations for improving future events.
      Qualifications & Skills:
      • Proven experience in event sponsorship, marketing, sales, or related roles.
      • Strong communication and relationship management skills.
      • Proficiency in CRM systems such as Salesforce.
      • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
      • Experience with AV and IT equipment setup, troubleshooting, and operations.
      • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
