This position requires dynamic calendar and travel management. In addition, the Executive Assistant will spend a portion of his/ her time assisting with special projects to fulfill organizational and departmental objectives. This may include event planning for internal personnel, hosting external guests, or gathering data needed to enhance reporting. The candidate must possess a strong work ethic, tremendous integrity and the ability to be discreet with confidential information. Requires excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to interface with team members at all levels of the organization and of varying technical backgrounds.Key Responsibilities:Manage and maintain executive s schedules, email communication, conferences and meetings.Schedule and plan meetings on behalf and for the Leader. Maintain minutes, follow up on actions and send periodic updatesManage Travel itineraries, bookings, expense reports and claims.Analyze information, prepare reports, work with internal stakeholders and prepare presentations; develop organizational or process improvements to increase efficiency.Set up reviews, one on one meetings with Leader s direct reportsMeet with special interest groups or individuals on behalf of executives, manage external connections and activities related to industry events.In addition, the Administrative Assistant will spend a portion of his/ her time assisting with special projects to fulfill organizational and departmental objectives.Hosting visitors from US and their stay in India including their calendar. Managing Senior Executive schedules (during their visit to India)Scheduling and coordinating special events and meetings as needed (company event, off sites, lunch/ dinner engagements/ business reviews/ all hands, etc.)Mission for the JobMaintain utmost Confidentiality, stay informed of relevant things and assist Leader to improve efficiency and drive business.Required Skills/ Education:Must have strong verbal and written communication skills; to be able to communicate in a clear and constructive and professional manner.Be creative and resourceful in finding effective solutions to problems and situationsBe reliable in following through with commitments and responsibilities.Be able to efficiently manage time and keep track of multiple schedules, meetings and initiatives.Proficient in MS Office and Excellent presentation skillsConfident PersonalityEducational Requirements: Bachelor s Degree, Post- Graduation would be an advantageInterview RoundsTest have to come to officeHR RoundSVP RoundThis position will be on direct contract with the company or through 3rd party contract.NextGen Healthcare helps ambulatory care organizations transition to value- based care by empowering them to nurture measurably healthier patient communities at a lower cost.
