The job involves - The candidate would be responsible for all secretarial responsibilities of the MD. - Handling routine correspondence, scheduling / coordination of meetings, seminar, making appointments, preparing minutes of the meetings, etc. Maintenance of files, Handle Calls Draft Business, Make Travel Arrangements , Handle of Confidential Data with utmost discretion. Attending phone calls and making other MIS reports.
