Job Description

Executive - Inside Sales/ Tele Sales (JD)An Executive Inside Sales is responsible for generating new prospects by interacting with existing and prospective customers in order to garner their interest and convert them into qualified leads. Must be energetic with good communication and convincing skills.Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing new sales opportunities through outbound calling, Client business referrals, web leads and email interactions. Have a strong eye and ability to scout for new prospects.
  • Diligent follow-ups with inbound leads supported by subsequent email communications.
  • Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support.
  • Creating and maintaining a list or database of prospective clients/customers.
  • Participate in one on one meetings. Working with clients in closing sales process.
  • Maintain strong MIS of all leads and accounts and build future data base.
Job Requirements:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, ability to call, connect and interact with potential customers and new people.
  • Knowledge of lead generation, nurturing and converting potential lead to appointments.
  • Persuasive, energetic, self-motivated and goal oriented.
  • Ability to work independently or as an active member of the team.
  • 1-2 years experience in outbound calling, inside sales or related ones would be plus.
  • Experience in Education, Travel, banking, Leisure and related would be added advantage.
  • Must be Graduate or its equivalent and knowledge on computers is essential.
