Ownership of critical intake stage of all planogramming projects. Conduct collaborative session with Sector/Regional partners and stakeholders for deliverables (timelines/number of outputs/etc.) Direct and manage team to deliver planogram creation and maintenance to meet business needs of regularly scheduled and adhoc requests for; merchandise sets, new stores, remodels and special projects. Drive influential and productive conversations with global and regional leadership to proactively plan, build consensus on planogram strategy and problem solve. Lead and manage a consistent alignment with Sales, Category Management and Space Capability team leaders regarding balancing resource allocation to meet business needs. Manage expectations thought a mix of verbal and written interactions Act as support and point person for Sector/Regional partners and stakeholders, when appropriate Scale-up operation in-line with business growth, both within existing scope, as well as new areas of opportunity Proactively manage changes in scope, identify potential risks to data accuracy or project completion, and devise contingency plans. Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members while encouraging them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work. Ability to focus against speed of execution and quality of service delivery rather than achievement of SLAs Recognize opportunities and act to improve delivery of work Implement continued improvements and simplifications of processes and optimal use of technology Lead the creation of teams training and on-boarding materials Create an inclusive and collaborative environment Ensure accurate and timely delivery of team s tasks regarding: deliver visually appealing versioned planograms based on store clustering, space definitions and defined flow, in accordance with agreed service level agreements (SLA) work closely with Category Management and Space teams to ensure planogram meet approved parameters conduct planogram quality control ensuring all planograms meet assortment requirements, visual appeal, innovation opportunities and shelving metrics mange multiple project timelines simultaneously ensure timelines are met by tracking project process, coordinating activities and resolving issues build and maintain relationships with internal project partners manage planogram version/store combination and/or store planogram assignments and to provide reporting and data as needed maintain planogram database with most updated planogram files retain planogram models and files for historical reference, as needed work across multiple functions to aid in collecting insights for action-oriented cause of change analysis electronically deliver planograms to both internal teams and external customer specific systems Qualifications/Requirements 4-year degree and at least 10 years of Space Planning, Retail Ops, Merchandising or other applicable retail experience Master s degree is a plus 5 years minimum experience with direct reports and preferred 2 years experience with skip level reports Advanced level skill in Microsoft Office, with demonstrated intermediate-advanced Excel skills necessary Propensity to learn PepsiCo software systems Advanced knowledge and experience of space planning and management technology platform JDA Experience with analyzing and reporting data to identify issues, trends, or exceptions to drive improvement of results and find solutions Experience with implementation of retail merchandising basics (i.e., category management), and merchandising organizational structures and processes Best-in-Class time management, ability to set priorities and plan, multitask and meet tight deadlines Ability to develop effective working relationships with all levels of leadership Customer service oriented with ability to maintain positive attitude in all situations Relocation Eligible: Eligible for Standard Relocation Job Type: Regular,
