Job Description

Key Deliverables of this role:

  • Provide guidance to the team of engineers and Maintenance operatives and establish robust maintenance capability for effective execution of plant maintenance program.
  • To manage engineering and maintenance requirements of all block and common utilities at Plant.
  • Work with block Managers/Block Executives/Department Managers to arrive at engineering solutions for meeting relevant objectives.
  • Planning and execution of all major projects as assigned within time and cost objectives.
  • Preparation of Revenue (Store, spare, repairs and Power & Fuel)) and Capital Budgets. Identification key factors for controlling the budget.
  • Lead the process of continuous up gradation of engineering practices and technology as relevant to business needs
