Job Description

    Eligibility Criteria
    • Work Experience: Minimum 1 year (QA / QC in Manufacturing preferred)
    • Qualification: M.Sc. / B.Sc. (Chemistry)
    • Age: Up to 26 years
    • Gender: Open (Any)
    • Language Preference: English & Hindi (good in English)
    • Industry Preference: Manufacturing / Chemicals / Pharma
    Key Responsibilities
    1. Ensure compliance with QA standards, SOPs, and regulatory guidelines.
    2. Conduct sampling, testing, and analysis of raw materials, in-process, and finished products.
    3. Prepare and maintain QA documentation, reports, and audit records.
    4. Perform in-process quality checks to ensure production consistency.
    5. Coordinate with Production, QC, R&D, and Supply Chain for quality-related activities.
    6. Support implementation of DCS & MES systems for QA tracking.
    7. Handle deviations, change controls, CAPA, and risk assessments as per quality standards.
    8. Conduct training, awareness sessions, and manpower handling within QA function.
    9. Ensure safety, GMP, and 5S practices in QA labs and production areas.
    10. Support in internal & external audits, certifications, and regulatory inspections.
