1. To abide by the mission statement of the hotel, the department and the respective section.2. Handling all secretarial work for the office of General Management3. Replying to all correspondence without constant supervision.4. Coordination with all HODs for various meetings.5. Coordination/follow-ups with departments on daily complaints, night reports, requisitions, cheques etc.6. Coordination with HODs for the monthly report.7. Taking minutes of the meeting.8. Assist in implementing T.B.E.M processes.9. To co-ordinate with all the departments for smooth functioning of the organization.10. Prepare and manage correspondence, reports and documents11. Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences12. Take, type and distribute minutes of meetings13. Implement and maintain office systems14. Maintain schedules and calendars15. Arrange and confirm appointments16. Co-ordination for organization of internal and external events17. Handle incoming mail and other material18. Set up and maintain filing systems19. Set up work procedures20. Collate information21. Maintain databases22. Communicate verbally and in writing to answer inquiries and provide information23. Liaison with internal and external contacts24. Coordinate the flow of information both internally and externally25. Operate office equipment26. Manage office space27. To be a part of Tajness Rituals28. Adherence to the guidelines mentioned in the TPAM and TCOC and thorough adherence to the IT etiquettes is to be followed.29. To always adhere to personal grooming as per the standards laid down by the hotel and maintain high standards of grooming.30. In addition to the above functions, any other assignment / job given by the superior authority occasionally or on a daily basis are to be performed.,
