BE has state - of - the - art manufacturing sites in India (Hyderabad and Dehradun).Academic Background and Experience B.Tech Electrical / Mechanical with 2 to 5 years of experience.Experience in Formulation / API.Experienced in looking after projects and achieving milestonesJob responsibilities Planning and Implementation of Preventive Maintenance & Breakdown Maintenance.Preparation of Monthly reports and planning the mitigation plans and execution to improve productivity as well as machine life.Coordinating installation, operation, maintenance, and repair to ensure that machines and equipment are installed and functioning according to specifications.Adopt in allocating equipment, managing breakdown, scheduling and planning of maintenanceSkilled in process of equipment, making proposal and preparing man hour estimationExperienced in looking after projects and reaching milestonesProficient in selecting equipment / instrument, troubleshooting of CAM - related, pneumatic valves and servo - related equipment, process improvement, automation, OEE improvement and Installation & commissioning of equipment like filling lines, autoclave, inspection machine and packing machine.Investigate equipment failures and difficulties to diagnose faulty operation, and to make recommendations to maintenance crew. Responsible for the vendor team managing mechanical maintenance, including their selection, performance and delivery. Technical Requirements : knowledge of Preventive Maintenance, Breakdown Maintenance, knowledge of production equipment, and MS OfficeKey personal competencies : Team management, presentation skills, interpersonal skills and decision making skills.,
