Job Description

Work closely with Business development team and align with team goals to achieve team target.
Primarily responsible for commercial market survey; track expected, ongoing and recent commercial transactions in the respective cities
Identify the key prospects through primary or secondary research.
Since not all clients qualify, should have a sense of prioritizing premises so as to be able to qualify the clientele
Studying stacking of premises wrt to lease status
Knowledge of movements in adjoining cities/tier 2 locations around respective locations

Minimum experience of 3 years in this sector preferable with grade A/grade B realtor firm

Effective communication and understanding of the local language
Extremely strong database and info of market dynamics.
Should possess networking skills required for developing relationship with key staff in landlords team
