To handle F & B requisitions, preparation of Sales Analysis and Standard Recipe Costing,.To ensure the smooth and efficient operation of cost control and to assist management in keeping the cost of food, beverage and other supplies to the minimum. To perform the various activities like menu costing, menu pricingTo prepare monthly listing of slow moving and obsolete items and recommend further actionTo perform all operational functions of Cost Controlling such as - Checking of KOTs/BOTs & Spot Checks.To finalize all cost related accounts for Food and Beverages and submit the details to Accounts departmentTo compare the monthly food and beverage purchases with the Account Payables.To Conduct monthly inventory of food, beverage and other storeroom items.To ensure that proper records have been kept of inventory receipts, issues and returns by use of storeroom stock cards and signed documents.,
