Job Description

    F&B Supervisor-Night Club (Exp - 05 Yrs )Role DescriptionThis is an on-site contract role for an F&B Supervisor -Night Club , based in Dubai. The F&B Supervisor Manager will be responsible for effectively managing the daily operations of the nightclub floor including supervising staff members, managing inventory, and maintaining a high level of customer service. The F&B Supervisor will also work closely with the F&B Manager and Event Manager to ensure all events are executed to the highest standard possible.Qualifications
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in nightclub management or hospitality industry
    • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and develop a high performing team
    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
    • Excellent customer service skills and ability to handle customer complaints and requests seamlessly
    • Knowledge of bar and nightclub operations, including inventory management and cost control
    • Ability to work long hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed
    • Bachelors degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field is preferred
