Job Description

    • Candidate should be familiar with Facilities Management.
    • Maintain a robust MIS and furnish details as and when necessary. MIS preparation and analysis.knowledge of ISO and other Audit functions. Liasoning & & Statutory Compliance.
    • Vender Management - Categories and Interact with different agencies/vendors to acquire quotes, ratesfor various requirements. Evaluate, negotiate and shortlist vendors, and coordinate with procurementteam. Periodic vendor assessment and evaluation. Ensure that vendors adhere to statutory compliancesand intervene in case of non-compliance.
    • Look after General maintenance of the facility including plumbing, carpentry, plumbing etc. Drive a reduction in operational expenses.
    • Critical Equipment Operations && Maintenance 52 weeks PPP Planner && AMC of DG, UPS, ACs,Transformer, && Water Pumps. Operations && Maintenance 52 weeks PPP Planner && AMC of Lift, CCTV, && Access control, Fire Alarm System, PA system && Fire Extinguishers.
    • Maintenance Communications All critical installations like DG, UPS and ACs quarterlymaintenance, breakdown maintenance, planned maintenance, communication (start and end), etc.
    • Managing consumables like Tea, coffee, water (drinking && general), HK material, etc.
    • Should maintain Inventory MIS and Asset records and review regularly.
    • Develop and implement contemporary facilities procedures to meet company needs and WOW theinternal customer.
    • Familiarize && Adhere to Company information security && quality policies and standards that relate toones work.
