1. Lead development of parenteral, topical and ophthalmic formulations. 2. Lead entire drug product development process starting with first pre-formulation studies up to the manufacturing process transfer to production and the provision of the required documentation to allow worldwide registration. 3. Accountability for formulations process deliverables in assigned projects aligned with the control strategy and overall project plan 4. Lead the development of parenteral, topical and ophthalmic projects formulations 5. Lead entire drug product development process starting with first pre-formulation studies up to the manufacturing process transfer to production and the provision of the required documentation to allow worldwide registration 6. Lead development of robust formulations and processes through optimization, scale-up and validation work applying QbD principles incl. risk assessments and DoEs 7. Evaluate the data and provide the input for the selection of next experiment and ensure high quality preparation support on documentation to allow timely start of GMP batches 8. Seamless coordination and communication with cross functional team to achieve the project goal Minimum requirements PhD or M.Tech or M.Pharm in Pharmaceutical Technology/Pharmaceutics English PhD. with 10-12 or M. Pharm with 12-14 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry The candidate should have hands on experience of liquid parenteral, Emulsions, suspension and freeze dried products Awareness for safe handling of chemicals, potentially dangerous materials and equipment Basic knowledge in scientific/technical areas of collaboration and good knowledge of laboratory and/or technical tools Adequate knowledge of software and computer tools Basic presentation skills Working in international project teams,
