Job Description

    1-5 yrs experience in Ad Space Selling (ad sales/event/media/TV/Cinema ad sales/Radio/Print/Magazine ad sales/Newspaper ad sales)Experience in field sales.Knowledge of Hyderabad demography.Must have 2 wheeler.Language Proficiency in English & Telugu. (Hindi speaking has an added advantage)KEY RESPONSIBITILES:Generate revenue for the company through sales of Red FM FCT/NFCT & Activation properties. i.e. Events, Concerts and ActivationsGenerate Revenue for partner properties and eventsEnsure achievement of revenue targetsIdeate and conceptualise new events, and properties in line with Market opportunities.Align client requirements with relevant properties to provide integrated solutions.Ensure incremental business from new client acquisition.Build strong client relationships to anticipate Client requirementEnsure 100% Collections as per stipulated timelinesEnsure all documentation with respect to the event is Provided to the finance teamINTERNAL STAKEHOLDER:Work closely with Sales Head to ensure target achievement.Finance team to ensure compliance & collectionsExternal STAKEHOLDERClientsAd AgenciesExecutions partnersTECHNICAL SKILLS & QUALIFICATION REQUIRED:Graduate or any equivalent degree with 1-5 years of experience in ad space sales.Proficiency in MS OfficePERSONAL ATTRIBUTES:Self-starter/ Go GetterAbility to work under pressureAdaptability
