Job Description

    Sales and Business Development:Identify and qualify sales leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective customers.Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve revenue targets.Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.Customer Engagement:Build and nurture relationships with existing and prospective customers.Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.Provide exceptional customer service to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.Market Analysis and Strategy:Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to penetrate new markets and segments.Collaborate with the sales team and management to align sales efforts with company objectives.Reporting and Documentation:Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales forecasts.Prepare and submit regular sales reports, updates, and feedback to management.Utilize CRM software and tools to track and manage sales leads, opportunities, and pipelines.Team Collaboration:Work closely with the sales team, marketing department, and other stakeholders to support sales initiatives and campaigns.Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and promotional events as required.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.Proven sales experience in a field sales or outside sales role.Strong knowledge of sales techniques, strategies, and principles.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to travel extensively and work independently in a remote setting.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software/systems.Skills:Sales and business developmentCustomer relationship managementStrategic planning and market analysisCommunication and presentationTime management and organizational skillsAdaptability and resiliencePhysical Requirements:Ability to travel frequently and work in various locations.Ability to stand, walk, and drive for extended periods.Ability to lift and carry promotional materials and product samples
