Job Description

  • Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches
  • Tie workflow to schedule
  • Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions for ATM terminals.
  • Produce timely and detailed service reports
  • Adhering the system & procedure to keep the Branding in a higher scale
  • Cooperate with technical team and share information across the organisation
  • Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings
  • Build positive relationships with customers

Relevant Technical training will be provided

REQUIREMENT

  • Proven field service experience if any
  • Need Tools (list will be shared), Android Mobile
  • Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair and service technical equipment
  • Long term employment assurance in organization min24 months (bond)
  • Ability to work flexible shifts and to adapt to changing work schedules
  • Familiarity with mobile tools, applications and network concept
  • Technical degree or Certification ECE. EEE. IT
