Job Description

Urgent Opening for the Position of Financial Controller for a Reputed Organisation in Commercial Office Space / Real Estate Segment. We are looking for someone who has extensive experience of handling a CFO / Financial Controller role in a Similar / Related Industry JOB ROLE would involve the following amongst others:

  • Optimisation of the Financial Health of the Company
  • Evaluation and Management of Risks
  • Statutory Compliance Management
  • Analysing Fiancial Data and Overseeing Accounting Operations.
  • Revenu Forcasting
  • Cash Flow Planning, Analysis and Management
  • Setting up of and Monitoring internal controls.
  • Treasury Function
  • Budget Planning
  • Implementation of ERP
  • Implement financial strategies, implementing proper internal controls, achieving organizational targets, and developing financial plans etc.
