Job Description

    About The Company: ARAs is a leading KPO company which works in the domain of investment research, market research and data analytics. They are headquartered in Pune India with operations in US, UK &Europe. They work with around 70+ clients from different industries from across the world many of which are Fortune 500 companies. The Role: Senior Analyst -FM Key Responsibilities: - Proficiency in financial modeling, including detailed 3 statement forecasting, multiple scenario analysis, capital structure modeling, LBO and merger modelling.- Knowledge on business valuation concepts including DCF, trading comps, and precedent transactions- Analyzing company reporting documents in order to create pitch books, company profiles, information memorandums, sector reports, financial benchmarking, trading and transaction comps- Adept in reading and understanding financial reports, IPO prospectus, 10-Qs, 10-Ks etc.- Knowledge of databases such as Bloomberg, CapIQ, Reuters, FactSet, and Merger market- Good communication skills for regular client communication Skills Required: - Adept in reading and understanding financial reports, IPO prospectus, 10-Qs, 10-Ks etc.- Knowledge of databases such as Bloomberg, CapIQ, Reuters, FactSet, and Merger market- Good communication skills for regular client communication Self motivated, with a strong desire to learn and deliver.
