Job Description

    Financial Planning and Analysis Analyst/Manager7 - 12 yearsJob title - FP&A AnalystGrade G2L2 / G3L1 (Associate Process Manager / Process Manager)Location HyderabadNos. of open positions 1Responsibilities:
    • Perform Month End Close responsibilities and analysis of financial results including sales, revenue, expenses, margins and variance trends
    • Prepare forecasts, annual operating plan, and annual multi-year strategic plan with commentary for business leaders
    • Ensure compliance with US GAAP
    • Explain variances to plan by using various resources
    • Demonstrate a proven understanding of accounting principles and internal controls
    • Produce reports and ad hoc analysis for senior management
    • Provide support to internal and external auditors
    • Evaluate processes and drive efficiencies using critical thinking skills
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelors degree in finance, Accounting
    • 7+ years experience in financial/cost analysis
    • Self-starter who can work on multiple projects with minimal direct supervision
    • Strong technology and data mining skills are critical, expertise in Microsoft Power BI is a must. High level of proficiency in TM1 and Oracle is a plus.
    • Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure
    • Demonstrated project management skills
    • Ability to effectively connect with senior management on a one on one basis
