Job Description

    As a Fleet Operations Lead, you will be responsible for managing and optimising our fleet of delivery partners to ensure efficient and timely food deliveries to our customers. You will play a crucial role in enhancing the overall customer experience and ensuring the smooth functioning of our delivery operations.What you need to bring to the table: Lead and manage a fleet of delivery partners in the allocated area Help ensure supply sufficiency as per order demand and a flawless customer experience Conduct regular field meetings, communicate effectively with delivery partners to resolve any issues/concerns raised by them Track performance metrics, identify performance issues promptly and take corrective action where necessary Drive engagement to minimize attrition and maintain healthy levels of logins within the assigned locality Train delivery partners on best practices and SOPs to ensure a seamless delivery experience Hands-on experience with on-ground conflict. management,
