Job Description

    Company Description Seven Fincorp is an EV-focused financing company helping fleet operators and businesses acquire electric vehicles through tailored financial solutions. Were on a mission to accelerate EV adoption in India by making fleet financing accessible, fast, and reliable.As we grow our fleet financing book in Hyderabad, were looking for a Fleet Sales & Operations Executive who can do two things well bring in new fleet financing clients and ensure our existing financed clients are running smoothly on the ground.Youll be our eyes and ears in the field liaising between our finance team and the fleet operators weve funded, making sure operations are on track and communication is seamless.Role Description The Fleet Operations Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad, responsible for overseeing daily fleet activities and ensuring efficient utilization of vehicles and drivers. This role involves planning and monitoring vehicle deployment, coordinating schedules, tracking performance, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. The Fleet Operations Manager will supervise operations staff, handle incident and breakdown resolutions, optimize routing and costs, and maintain accurate records and reports related to fleet performance. The role also includes collaborating with other departments to align fleet operations with broader business objectives, managing vendor relationships, and continuously improving operational processes and service quality.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and supervise the delivery rider fleet on a daily basis.Monitor rider attendance, productivity, availability and performance.Ensure smooth deployment and allocation of riders across locations.Conduct regular field visits, rider huddles and ground-level check-ins.Handle rider grievances, operational issues and resolve them promptly.Track rider attrition, absenteeism, reactivation and retention.Drive rider onboarding, engagement and referrals.Ensure riders follow operational, safety and compliance guidelines.Monitor fleet performance and identify gaps in productivity and service levels.Coordinate with internal teams to resolve operational issues and improve fleet efficiency.Provide regular updates and insights on fleet performance, challenges and ground-level requirementsWhat Were Looking For12 years of experience in fleet operations, delivery operations, logistics or field operations.Experience managing a large team of riders/delivery executives is preferred.Comfortable working extensively on the field and travelling within the city.Strong people-management and communication skills.Ability to handle rider issues and operational challenges independently.Good knowledge of the local area.Interested candidates can apply/share their CV at hidden_email .
