TITAN COMPANY LIMITED Position Floor Manager Job Location Hyderabad Reporting to Store Manager 1. Scope of the role Responsible for the entire sales and retail operations of the floor 2. Job Profile Ensure execution of sales targets as per plan Maintain efficient operations and effective product merchandising Training and supervision of floor staff Plan and direct floor operations , including Inventory control and security Co - ordinate the marketing of the floor on a local level Responsible for upkeep of floors Monitor security systems Ensure exceptional customer service by floor staff 3. Key Deliverables Retail sales targets GHS target Efficient managing of stock Maximizing sales and profits of the floor Customer Service and implementation of customer loyalty programs 4. The right person Any Post Graduation with 4 - 7 years of experience in retail sales. Should be good at People , process and Product management.
