Job Description

    Dear Applicants,We are Hiring forFood Production Manager with 8-10 Years in Hyderabad Location.Roles & ResponsibilitiesReporting to Director- Production.Take overall responsibility for production activities related to frozen fruits and vegetables transportation, processing, packing, and storage Develop and execute production plans to meet production targets and customer demands. Manage manpower planning and ensure the availability of skilled staff for efficient production operations. Coordinate and oversee the activities of different production sections, including raw material handling, dicing and slicing, blast freezing, IQF process, and cold storage. Inventory management best practices to be followed.Productivity and Cost Optimization:Continuously improve productivity and processing costs by implementing process improvements, optimizing resource utilization, and reducing waste. Monitor product and packaging material losses to keep them within specified limits. Conduct regular reconciliation of raw materials, work in process, finished goods, packing materials, and consumables to maintain accurate records. Standardize processes for new products and evaluate the technical requirements of new machinery Identify training needs for production department staff and provide necessary training to enhance their skills and knowledge in line with the food processing industry requirements.8 to 10 years experience in a modern food processing factory Production Management Experience: Prior experience in managing production teams, and ensuring production targets are met.
