Here is a great opportunity to join Ramboll and take on a position where you will join the software development team in Ramboll supporting the digitization strategy.The role s purpose In Ramboll we have during the past 30 years developed engineering software packages for our business.We plan to embrace recent digital technologies and updates in standards and continuously modernize the application / workflow / execution and integrating with other commercial or inhouse software packages. This job will focus on the software development, integrating the tools in our software in an automation framework. This job will focus on the software developments in our legacy products and associated DLLs (Fortran) and apps (Delphi).Your responsibilities as Software developer in Ramboll EnergySoftware developer should produce tailor made software for Ramboll s business by undertaking systems analysis and programming. Working with co-simulations software with Fortran and Delphi.You will use your experience with software development within a virtual and international team to ensure a professional and robust software code that can be further developed in the future.Your competencies

  • Ability to write efficient code in Fortran and Delphi.
  • Working with co-simulations software with Fortran and Delphi.
  • Experience in development of simulation software.
  • Knowledge of agile development methodologies.
  • Knowledge of unit testing theory.
  • Knowledge on version control and issue tracking: GitHub, GitLab, Git, Jenkins, Scrum.
  • Good communication skills.
  • BE / BTech / MSc / MTech in Computer Science, Engineering or relevant field.
  • Domain knowledge in Civil / Structural analysis will be added advantage.
